Shipping

Crystalline ships at standard economy rates. For urgent orders the Client can opt Express shipment. This service is charged to the Client at actual cost. Crystalline staff will fulfil requests for Express shipping as quickly and to the best of its ability. As soon as the Express shipment is sent off, the company will inform Client of an approximate day and time of delivery. Because of factors beyond our control (customs, transport disruptions, strikes) Crystalline unfortunately can't guarantee that an item will arrive in time. However, if there is an issue with the shipment, please contact the company at info@crystalline-jewellery.com, and we will try to resolve such issues as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped in branded presentation cases or boxes, within non-branded cartons or wrapping.

Returns

All items are thoroughly checked before being sent off. If nevertheless a product is faulty, then it may be returned at the company's cost. Returns should be made within a week of reception, in original unused condition and with presentation case or box. Clients should inform the company of a problem prior to returning the item. Because Crystalline incorporates natural material in its designs, it is possible that the colour of the actual item differs marginally from a stock photograph.
